Homemade Healthy Granola

A simple recipe for healthy granola
Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
½ cup chopped nuts
½ seeds (e.g. pumpkin & sunflower seeds)
3 tsp cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce*
⅓ cup honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300C
Add oats, nuts and seeds to a large mixing bowl
Whisk together wet ingredients in a small bowl
Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix well. Don't worry, there's enough of the liquid mixture to coat everything!
Once everything's combined, spread evenly over a lined baking sheet
Bake for 45-50 mins or until golden brown, stirring every 10 mins to avoid burning
Notes
*Check the baby food aisle for applesause or other fruit purees. The come in super convenient ½ cup portions!
