Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

A breakfast approved version of cinnamon rolls that only takes 5 minutes and 2 if you use the microwave!
Ingredients
⅓ cup rolled oats
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup water
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla
1 dash sea salt
½ tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp craisins or raisins
Optional: extra craisins and cinnamon for topping
Instructions
In a small, non-stick pan, mix together water, milk, cinnamon, salt and craisins and bring to a boil over medium head
Add oats and coconut oil to boiling water and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and maple syrup
Add desired toppings and devour
Notes
This can be made in the microwave as well by mixing all ingredients in a bowl and microwaving for 1-2 minutes
